Christopher G. Fallon, Democrat of Malden, represents the 33rd Middlesex District in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A graduate of Austin Preparatory School in Reading, Representative Fallon earned his undergraduate degree from Merrimack College and a Master of Science degree in Biological Science from the University of Lowell. His master's thesis was in the field of biochemical genetics. Representative Fallon received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk Law School and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1981.

His election into the State Government was in November of 1996. In November of 2008, Mr. Fallon of Malden was elected to his seventh consecutive term. Today, Representative Fallon has a seat on the Committees for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, State Administration and Regulatory Oversight, and Financial Services.

Previously, Chris Fallon has served as a member of the Malden School Committee from 1989 to 1997, after having been elected Chairman in 1990, 1992, and 1994. Mr. Fallon is also an active member of a variety of civic organizations in the Malden community, including being a member of the Board of Directors for the Bread of Life and the Immigrant Learning Center.

Representative Fallon and his wife Cathy have been married for over thirty years and they have one daughter.
